At Connor Consulting, giving back has never been a one-time effort. Connor Cares has been a cornerstone of who we are as an organization for years, and in 2026, our teams around the world are taking it further than ever. From handwritten letters to hot meals to culinary celebrations, here is a look at what our global teams have been up to, and what is coming next.
Connor Cares was built on a simple belief: that every contribution matters. A smile, a kind word, a few hours of time given freely. Over the years, that belief has translated into consistent, meaningful action across our offices worldwide. This year, we are proud to share both the impact our teams made at the close of last year and the exciting initiatives already taking shape in 2026.
Our North America team partnered with Letters Against Isolation to write and mail holiday cards to seniors living in care facilities. The response from recipients said it all: residents eagerly awaited their letters, some even found pen pals, and staff reported smiles that made the whole effort worthwhile.
Our HR team in Utah volunteered at the Utah Food Bank, helping assemble 750 food packages for families during the holiday season. That single location distributed 9.6 million pounds of food last year alone, with 58 million meals reaching people in need across the state.
Our Taiwan team continued its three-year partnership with the Eden Social Welfare Foundation, supporting individuals with disabilities in building skills, confidence, and greater integration into society.Over the past year, the team participated in several meaningful events. In one, Connor volunteers joined students with disabilities for a baseball activity day, supporting both physical activities and social interaction in a fun, encouraging environment. In another event, our team supported the final session of a year-long culinary training program, where participants showcased the dishes they had mastered through months of dedication and hard work. The program helps prepare participants for full-time employment in the culinary industry. Connor volunteers assisted with food preparation, joined the award ceremony, and left deeply inspired by the participants’ talent and determination.
Our Korea team volunteered at a local soup kitchen, helping prepare and serve meals to approximately 800 elderly community members in partnership with the Pangyo Social Community Center for the Elderly.
One of the partnerships we are especially proud of is our ongoing collaboration with Juegaterapia, a foundation based in Spain dedicated to improving the lives of children fighting cancer in hospitals through the power of play. What began as a contribution of exercise minutes at our Thailand team event has grown into something much more meaningful. We have since sponsored two scholarships for specialized therapists. It is a relationship we are committed to deepening, and one that reflects exactly the kind of long-term, purposeful giving that Connor Cares stands for.
This year, Connor Cares is growing in both reach and depth. Beyond our continued work with Juegaterapia, new initiatives are underway in India and across the United States, with teams partnering with organizations focused on food security, disability support, and senior wellbeing. We have also expanded our paid volunteer days policy, with full-time employees now eligible for up to five paid volunteer days per year, up from two.Connor Cares has always been about the long game. One act of kindness at a time, one community at a time, year after year.
