Edgar brings over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and contract compliance, with a background spanning royalty and license compliance reviews, facility compliance, technical accounting, and finance optimization. After beginning his career in international banking, Edgar joined Ernst & Young's Contract Risk Services practice before becoming a founding member of the Connor team in 2009. In his 17+ years at Connor, he has led a wide range of contract assurance engagements across the semiconductor, software, and technology sectors. Edgar combines his decades of experience with deep practical expertise to help clients identify risk, recover value, and build stronger compliance programs.

Passion

Outside of work, I am happiest on the family farm that I share with my wife and three daughters. Life at home revolves around my daughters' passions — whether that's cheering them on at beach volleyball competitions or traveling to equestrian performance events. It's a busy, active family life that I wouldn't trade for anything.
