Nigel brings over 25 years of experience in the contract compliance space, serving companies across the semiconductor, software, and biotechnology sectors. He established Ernst & Young's Contract Risk Services practice in San Jose before expanding into a national leadership role. Over the course of his career, Nigel has led more than 1,000 royalty audit assignments, as well as fraud and forensic investigations, collaboration and revenue sharing arrangements for biotech startups, and has served as both a fact and expert witness in intellectual property disputes. At Connor, Nigel helps companies implement new compliance programs or strengthen existing ones that have under-performed, with an unwavering focus on service delivery and driving measurable value to every client he serves.
