Prior to joining Connor, Chris held key compliance roles at leading global software companies, including Unit4, Micro Focus, and Quest Software. At Unit4, he led the UK & Ireland compliance team, redesigning the compliance framework and driving revenue recovery initiatives. Chris has led strategic IP protection initiatives across multiple regions and successfully negotiated high-value settlements. His expertise in software licensing, contract negotiations, and compliance audits has established him as a trusted advisor in the field, helping clients effectively mitigate compliance risks and optimize their licensing strategies.
Outside of work, Chris is a passionate athlete who enjoys running, strength training, and playing rugby, cricket, and golf. A dedicated father of three, he values teamwork and discipline, principles he applies both in his professional career and personal life.
