Kiran has a proven track record of fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous training and learning. As a leader, Kiran has successfully expanded practices, driven efficiency gains, and generated significant revenue while maintaining high standards of quality and team engagement. Prior to joining Connor,  Kiran held key roles at EY Global Delivery Services India Ltd, SoftwareOne India Pvt Ltd, Oracle India Pvt Ltd, KPMG India Pvt Ltd, and Reliance Communications Ltd. Notable achievements include expanding the practice from small to enterprise size within aggressive tenures, achieving over 90% project completion rate, maintaining a people pulse survey score above 90%, and ensuring employee retention exceeds 80%.
